How Does Sound Healing Works?

Sound baths emit sound waves at a frequency that creates a calming and healing environment.

It is important to first understand that there are 5 brain states: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, and Gamma.

Beta waves are associated with normal waking consciousness and a heightened state of alertness, concentration, and active thinking.

Alpha waves are associated with relaxation, meditation, and daydreaming.

Theta waves are associated with deep meditation and creative thinking.

Delta waves are associated with dreamless sleep and unconsciousness.

Gamma waves are associated with high-level information processing and problem solving.

When we get to deeper waves, like Tetha, Delta and Gamma our body is given the freedom to fully relax and heal. This is what sound healing is all about. Helping you through its 6 main healing frequencies that are 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, and 852 they help you to get to those deeper states and heal from your physical and emotional issues.

Each frequency helps with something different:

The 396 Hz - liberates from the feels of fear and guilt

The 417 Hz - facilitates change. Solve or resolve situations

The 528 Hz - the door to miracles and transformations. Also stimulates DNA repair

The 639 Hz - opens your ability to connect, reconnect and improve relationships
