About Your Hosts

Amandine LRH

Meet Amandine, a transformative educator, mindfulness coach, and intuitive sound healer based in Central Oregon. With certifications in meditation, Reiki, yoga, and energy healing, she blends ancient practices with modern awareness to help others reconnect to their inner wisdom and emotional resilience. Her journey began with a profound personal awakening—one that led her from burnout to a deep reverence for the healing power of sound, silence, and stillness. Through her signature integration of tuning forks, voice, crystal bowls, and breathwork, Amandine has guided over 9,000 people through immersive sound baths, online programs, and international retreats. She creates sacred, accessible spaces where others can release overwhelm, return to the body, and awaken the parts of themselves that long to be heard. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing—but about remembering who we truly are.

Samantha Freda

Soma Wellness Services offers yoga, retreats and personal chef catering based out of Central Oregon. A self-started, female-owned company— Samantha Freda is its Founder, Lead Yoga Facilitator and Head Chef. It began when Samantha opened a tiny cafe & bistro across the street from her favorite yoga studio, where community between the two spaces immediately began to build. Years later Samantha expanded her offerings to private chef work and pop up events, always staying close to yoga and its teachings. In 2022 she started hosting retreats, and immediately knew she had found a gift she was destined to continue offering. Samantha has since facilitated yoga and wellness retreats from Puerto Rico to the Pacific Northwest, and been the Chef on countless others. Now a certified yoga teacher as well, Samantha loves how this work combines all of her strengths, and she is so grateful to experience the connection and expansion that these types of containers create.

Do I need experience with yoga or meditation to join?

Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels—whether it’s your first time on a mat or a regular practice. Every element is designed to be gentle, supportive, and accessible. All you need is a willingness to slow down and reconnect.

What if I’m feeling burnt out or not “in a good place”?

Then this retreat was made for you. This is a safe space to simply be. You don’t have to show up in any particular way—tired, anxious, or tender hearts are welcome here. We’ll guide you into grounding practices, breath, sound, and softness so you can leave feeling renewed and supported.

What should I bring with me?

You’ll receive a full list after you register, but here’s a quick glance: a yoga mat, a journal, a blanket or layers for comfort, and anything else that helps you feel grounded. We’ll take care of the rest—including a nourishing plant-based lunch and all supplies for the practices.

Who is this for?
