Q: How much time do I need to commit each day?

Just 10 minutes! The practices are designed to be short and effective, fitting into even the busiest schedules.

Do I Need Specific Tools?

Not really, Just make sure you have a place where you won't be bothered during your 10 minutes to enjoy the session. Or use headphones if you are surrounded with a lot of noise. One of the week is about mindful movement so I would recommend a yoga mat, carpet, sand, grass anything that is comfortable for you to practice.

Do I need any experience with meditation or yoga?

No prior experience is needed. This program is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with an established practice.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

You’ll have lifetime access to the materials, so you can revisit the practices anytime you need a reset. Plus, you’ll be invited to join our ongoing community for continued support and growth.

What is your cancellation policy?

You have about 7 days to retract after which we will not longer be able to provide a refund.

Do We Ever Meet Live?

Yes! During the launch of the program we will meet for 20 minutes on Saturday morning. 10 minute of practice followed by 10 minutes of Q&A and chat about your journey.
